Detained Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KoJC) founder Pastor Apollo Quiboloy has been placed under tight security while he is confined at the Philippine Heart Center, the Philippine National Police has assured.

Quiboloy was brought to the hospital last week after experiencing chest pains and irregular heart beat. His condition has yet to be officially determined as heart attack.

The PNP said Quibolo was rushed to the PHC on Friday.

Officials explained that the PHC is the hospital nearest PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame where Quiboloy is being detained.

Quiboloy is facing a string of criminal charges, inluding a non-bailable qualified human trafficking charge filed before a Pasig Regional Trial Court.

He is also facing chargers of violation of Republic Act NO. 7610- or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, EXpoloitation and Discrimination Act.
