Weeks after announcing their engagement, veteran TV host and comedian Jose Manalo has officially tied the knot with his longtime partner, former EB Babes member Mergene Maranan.

The couple exchanged vows in an intimate beach ceremony on Tuesday, surrounded by family and close friends.

Photos shared on Instagram by couple Ice Seguerra and Liza Diño showed Mergene looking stunning in an elegant white gown with thin straps. She completed her look with a chic low chignon and pearl earrings.

Meanwhile, Jose opted for a pink blazer and pants with white sneakers.

"Congratulations, Jose and Mergene," read a post from Eat Bulaga, where Manalo is one of the show's mainstays.

The ceremony was attended by Jose's co-hosts Vic Sotto, Tito Sotto, Joey de Leon, and Ryan Agoncillo, among others.

Mergene announced her engagement to Jose earlier this month after the host-comedian proposed to her at a resort.

While the couple has remained private about the details of their special day, Mergene shared that she had accepted the proposal last February.

Jose had been separated for a long time from his late ex-wife, Anna Lyn Santos, before her passing. They had five children. #
