Sara Duterte says she has no motive to kill BBM. Let's see... If BBM dies:

1. Sara takes over as president.
2. Digong will not be arrested by the ICC.
3. The entire Congress will shift loyalty to her.
4. She can tilt the 2028 elections in her favor.

If that's not a motive I don't know what is.
